Meet Your Czars XI

Cass Sunstein is a Jew who both graduated from and teaches at Harvard University, where he excels at validating stereotypes. Cass advocates for a totalitarian-communistic system of government where, of course, he and his friends are in charge. To facilitate the emergence of such a government, typically emerging only from a radical democracy, Cass advocates extending legal rights to animals, including ferrets.

Cass eagerly explains how a powerful government is very good for us:

"There is no liberty without dependency. [snip] Rights to private property, freedom of speech, immunity from police abuse, contractual liberty and free exercise of religion—just as much as rights to Social Security, Medicare and food stamps—are taxpayer-funded and government-managed social services designed to improve collective and individual well-being."

Warehouse Workers sometimes wonder how our rights to speak our minds and own our residences are tax-payer funded and government-managed. Inspired by Federalist Paper #46, we have developed mechanisms to provide our own immunity from police abuse through the tools made available to us at Walmart. So maybe one of us will attend Harvard someday to figure out what the hell Cass is talking about.

Cass successfully reinforces the paranoid stereotype:

"The existence of both domestic and foreign conspiracy theories, we suggest, is no trivial matter, posing real risks to the government’s antiterrorism policies, whatever the latter may be. [snip] the best response consists in cognitive infiltration of extremist groups [snip] Government agents (and their allies) might enter chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine percolating conspiracy theories by raising doubts about their factual premises, causal logic or implications for political action."

OK Cass, here is one for you. Having experience in the Middle East, I am not sure that Muslims are smart enough to have pulled off the 9-11 attacks without outside help. I believe that their most likely accomplice would have been those forces that, for whatever reason, seek to expand domestic security agencies to more closely police native-born American males. These agencies would include the Department of Homeland Security (2002) and Northern Command (2002).

Cass goes on to explain that conspiracy theories may be based in fact. Cass labels persons who question the motives behind the 9-11 attacks as ‘extremists’. And extremists, of course, are bad guys.

Meet Your Czars X

A Czar is a person of high political office appointed by the Executive Branch without being confirmed by Congress. Czars, by Administration, are thus numbered:

Gerald Ford: 2
Jimmy Carter: 2
Ronald Reagan: 1
Bush I: 2
Bill Clinton: 8
Bush II: 33
Barack Obama: 38

It is the opinion of Warehouse Worker! that our Czars are a manifestation of the international business community, created as a vehicle to circumvent the last vestiges of an American Representative Republic. Today’s Czar is Lynn Rosenthal, appointed by Barack Obama.

Lynn Rosenthal specializes in domestic violence. Lynn is a Jew of unknown educational background or sexual preference. Her work history consists of government jobs where she has performed roles that essentially complain about men, a position she is well qualified for as a single middle-aged woman. Here she is pictured with Sue Else of the National Network to End Domestic Violence, who appears to have been a man at one point in hisher life. Also in the picture is United States Representative Donna Edwards, a divorcee.

Lynn apparently does not have a budget, other than her six figure salary. It is not clear what she does during the day.

News from the Ivory Coast

Something a little different...

In an effort to broaden our horizons, Warehouse Worker! now travels to the Ivory Coast, a democracy. In this democracy there was a military junta in the year 2000 whose head decided that he would be in charge. Then Laurent Gbagbo and his forces kicked out the head of the military junta and decided that he would be in charge. Sources tell us that Gbagbo did not graduate from Harvard University.

Then Gbagbo refused to hold elections in 2004, and when regions of his country protested, he bombed them. France must have some natural resources in the Ivory Coast as Gbagbo’s bombing runs killed 9 Frenchmen. So France destroyed the ‘Ivory Coast Air Force’ and there was a small race war.

Gbagbo again refused to hold elections in 2006 and said they would be postponed until 2008. Which was then postponed until 2010. Gbagbo was Constitutionally prohibited from serving more than 10 years in office but this did not matter.

So, anyway, Gbagbo lost and declared the vote to be flawed. He then only counted those regions who voted for him and this is how Gbagbo won the election. Then Gbagbo’s election rival’s forces arrested Gbagbo with the consequence being the photograph at the head of this web-post. It is rumored that Gbagbo’s sentence is to spend 20 years with his wife, pictured to his left.

Warehouse Worker! eagerly anticipates the American elections of 2112.

Meet Your Czars IX

Todd is a Jew who graduated from Harvard University. Todd went to work for Bill Clinton in 1993 and, upon the election of Bill’s successor, fled to the Washington DC law firm Wilmer Hale, where he was paid to specialize in regulatory and government affairs. Then to the Center for American Progress (Podesta), and now back to work for Barack, this time as a Czar!

Conspiracy theorists allege that global climate change is an excuse to institute some sort of global New World Order regulatory regime. Under such a regime, all energy would be taxed and traded by people like Goldman Sachs in exchange for a 20% cut, or trillions of dollars to Jewish banking interests, they say.

Warehouse workers note that Carbon Dioxide consists of 0.39% of the atmosphere, and that the alleged man-made increases would raise this to like 0.40% of the atmosphere. We viewed with concern Al Gore’s hockey stick (partner David Blood, Goldman Sachs) which noted the real temperature increases of the 1990s, and predicted catastrophic future temperature increases. But warehouse workers understand Mathematics, and noted that the 1990s first order differential equation of temperature rise would necessarily be accompanied by a second order differential equation temperature acceleration if the cause of the temperature increase was increasing insulation of the earth by blankets of Carbon Dioxide.

And then warehouse workers noted that the temperature in the 2000s stabilized and increased by around 0.02 degrees over the decade, paralleling temperature increases on Mars. Now this appears to be solar in nature, as there are no cars on Mars, and Al Gore’s Mathematics have been discredited. And even if this 0.02 degree temperature rise was the consequence of man, it does not bother us, as it is currently expensive to heat our residences.

So it is the opinion of most warehouse workers that we do not want to turn over additional control of our nation's energy future to Jewish graduates of Harvard University that bounce back and forth between high government office and law firms working for high government office.

Meet Your Czars VIII

Kenneth Feinberg is a Jew who graduated from Columbia University. Kenneth adds great diversity to the ranks of the Czars as he is a lawyer, and not an investment banker. As a lawyer, Kenneth has bounced back and forth between public service and private practice. Here is how Kenneth has been compensated:

As a Public Servant:
1. Chief of Staff for Ted Kennedy
2. A prosecutor for the Attorney General
3. Sets compensation rules for investment bankers.

In Private Practice:
1. Appointed by fellow public servants to ponder Agent Orange issues at, probably, better than $500 per hour.
2. Appointed by fellow public servants to ponder Asbestos issues at, probably, better than $500 per hour.
3. Cleared by fellow public servants to be paid by British Petroleum to ponder oil spill issues at a flat $1,250,000 per month plus extra compensation which Kenneth will not share with the public.

The Center for Justice and Democracy gets all bitchy about this little Number 3 thing:

“Mr. Feinberg, employed by BP, has decided on his own authority that all claims recipients must release all companies who caused this disaster from any and all legal responsibility, no matter how grossly negligent they were. This sweeping release, which assigns victims’ claims to BP, benefits only one actor: BP – the company that happens to pay Mr. Feinberg’s salary. In January of 2011, Judge Barbier, the federal judge over the oil spill litigation, after hearing evidence and arguments of the attorneys, ruled that Kenneth Feinberg was not independent of BP and could no longer claim to be so. Feinberg had been telling victims he was their lawyer and did not answer to BP.”

Good work if you can get it, and happen to be of low moral threshold, Kenneth. It appears that Kenneth has been one of the Czars serving the American people (salary $120,830 per year) in parallel with his little BP contract (fees from BP $15 million per year plus other undisclosed compensation).

The $120,830 Czar part is to ensure that American Citizens do not abuse their positions of office by taking excessive compensation.
